Brianna was my first experience with valley ranch eye care. She was very patient and understanding with all the questions and concerns I had. A week later we met Dr. Q. and was weary impressed with how thorough he was with his exam. My husband was the one that needed convincing and I think Dr. Q made a friend out of my husband. He was just as helpful with helping me pick out my glasses and was very patient as I had a lot of requirements for them. I am very happy with my first visit and the experience I had with Brianna and Dr. Q. You should definitely check them out.

I hope they never change. Dr. Qattan was amazing! and the lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful too. Ive been wearing glasses for as long as i can remember and to me an optometrist was just another doctor that i see and doesn’t care. However this facility made me feel welcomed and not rushed at all. During my visit i was given time and Dr. Qattan was very patient. Same went when choosing frames. The professionalism, customer service, knowledge and care they provide is all deserving of a 5 star. When they handed me my glasses, it was in a gift bag, along with a thank you note + eye glass cleaner. Previous optometrists, would normally just hand me my glasses in a plastic bag.

I had a great experience at [Dr. Q's Office]! Bryanna at reception was super nice and made the process easy. Dr. Q was incredibly helpful, explaining everything in detail and making sure I understood the procedures. He was very human and understanding, which put me at ease given my vision issues.

He showed me pictures of my eyes, explained the exam, and we're moving forward with surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Q - he's the best!" 😊

The whole team is helpful and friendly. Dr Q was thorough and kind while going through my checkup. They helped me finance the eye wear my insurance didn't cover and worked through steps and solutions for migraines that I've struggled with the last few years. I will definitely be a returning customer for years to come.
