I went in for my annual checkup and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. First of all, they got me in quickly on my day off, kind of short notice. The paperwork was very easy to fill out online. The place is super nice and clean. The receptionist was polite and greeted me promptly and had everything prepped and ready. Dr. Q was very friendly, took the time to get to know me and addressed all my concerns. He spotted an anomaly in one eye that a couple of optometrists have brought to my attention in my past, thanks to the high quality retinal scan he performed. No eye puff needed to test for glaucoma, and I didn’t have to dilate my pupils, which was great because I was heading out right after that for pickleball. Quick and easy! Great frame selection, and since I need progressive lenses, they have a special instrument that electronically measures pupillary distance with very high accuracy. Most other places I’ve been to use a ruler and do it manually, and the results are hit or miss. Overall fantastic experience! I will be back.
